Apostle Dr. Wanda Fletcher
Apostle Dr. Wanda Fletcher, spiritual leader, a visionary, and builder of people. She is an educator, and USAF veteran committed to the work of the Kingdom. As the founder of Prayer Harvest Ministries, she provides a vital umbrella for training schools that equip the next generation of intercessors and prophets, specializing in spiritual warfare training and mobilizing prayer networks across the globe.
With a ministry spanning the United States and Africa, Dr. Fletcher has dedicated her life to establishing foundational churches and para-church ministries that prioritize healing, wholeness, and spiritual restoration.
Dr. Fletcher’s ministry, centered on the “Divine Exchange,” advocates for those seeking freedom, deliverance, and inner healing to reset them toward their identity and their destiny alignment. With a Masters and Doctorate in Christian Theology and a heart for regional transformation, she serves as a representative leader for Alabama District 9, Jefferson, Blount, St Clair, Shelby, and Talladega Counties. Dr. Fletcher established a team of intercessors at the State House in Montgomery, Al when the House of Representatives and the House of Senate are in session. Her prophetic insight causes her to be sought out by some of Alabama’s great leaders. She is executive pastor of Prayer Harvest Virtual Church Without Walls, leading the way in digital ministry. Her mission is simple: to equip, connect, and undergird believers into wholeness and activate them for kingdom advancement.

Pastor Matrilla B. Hall
Pastor Patricia is a grateful daughter of the Most High. a wife, and mother of 3 (5 bonus children via marriage).
VA approved Soft Tissue Pain Management Rehabilitation Therapist, Educator, Podcaster (The Dash with Matrilla), Author (Healed, Happy and Whole: 30 days of Engouragement). Advocate for underderprivileged children and communities in Ghana and Zambia Africa. Activist against racism & antisemitism, and Campaigner for Veterans rights for everything Healthcare from the VA. I am also a founding member of Judeo-Christian Zionist Congress (JCZC), and a Black Pastors and Leaders Delegate for Institute For Black Solidarity With Israel (IBSI).
She served as a Licensed and Ordained minister for 8 years under the tutelage of Bishop Dreyfus C. Smith of Wings Of Faith Worldwide Ministries.
She's a 2nd generation Preacher and 3rd generation Pastor.
As Senior Pastor along with her husband Kendrick Hall (Administrative Pastor) they Pastor Faith To Grace Ministries, Inc. in two locations (Tyrone, GA. and Montgomery, AL.).

Coach Adria Harris
Adria Harris, an Alabama native, graduated from St. Pauls Episcopal High School in 2001. After high school graduation, Adria went on to play Division 1 basketball and shooting guard at Alabama State University. While at ASU Adria earned a Bachelor’s degree in communications and a Master’s in health education. In 2011, Adria was inducted into her high school athletic hall of fame and later inducted into the ASU ISTAP Foundation Hall of fame. For 8 seasons, Harris was also an assistant Womens basketball coach at ASU. Harris was the head girl’s basketball coach at G.W Carver In Montgomery from 2014-2021. During her 7 year career at Carver High School, Adria led the Lady Wolverines to 6 Area championships, 7 sweet sixteens, 3 Elite 8’s, and 2 final fours! In her last season at the helm, Harris and the Lady Wolverines played in the State Champion game and she was also named Alabama High School 6A Coach of the Year.
In November of 2021, Harris was named the new head Womens basketball coach at Bishop State! In her first year, the Lady Wildcats won a record 15 games straight, led by their First Team All American and Player of the Year, Cordasia Harris! They finished the season 20-7 overall, crowned ACCC South Division Champions, and Coach Harris was named Coach of the Year! On top of her many talents and accolades, Adria is the owner of the Montgomery Lady Magic Pro Womens basketball team, and she is currently in the final stages as a doctoral student at Troy University pursuing her PH.D in sports management.
Adria’s ultimate goal is to become a major Division 1 head coach. She knows that with God all things are possible to those who believe! Adria will never stop BELIEVING! Her main objective is to empower women and others through the game of basketball by continuing to work hard, impact lives and make a difference!

Johnnie Harris
Johnnie Harris joined the Baylor women's basketball staff as associate head coach in April 2025.
Coming to Waco after a four-year stint as head coach of the Auburn Tigers, Johnnis Harris holds 27 years of coaching experience.
In Harris’ four years at the helm in Auburn, the Tigers compiled 58 victories with a 20-win season in 2023-24 that held the first NCAA Tournament berth for the squad in five years.
Prior to her first head coaching gig, Harris spent nine seasons as associate head coach under Vic Shaefer at Mississippi State and the University of Texas, assisting the Longhorns to the Elite Eight in 2021 and Mississippi State to the NCAA title game in back-to-back 2017 and 2018 seasons.
In those nine seasons, Mississippi State notched a 221-62 record with three SEC titles and Texas was 29-7 with a Phillips 66 Big 12 Championship trophy.
Harris was named WBCA Assistant Coach of the Year in 2018 while in Starkville.
Part of the Texas A&M staff in College Station as an assistant coach, Harris and the Aggies won the 2011 national championship and advanced to four Sweet 16 appearances in five seasons. In the title-winning year, Texas A&M put up a program-best 33 wins with just five losses and set additional team season records in 3-point field goals made (186) and offensive rebounds (609), all of which still stand.

Deborah Pearson
Deborah Pearson a veteran radio news anchor, reporter, and news director who has been a prominent figure in Alabama broadcasting for over 30 years. She is most recognized for her long tenure at WOOF-FM in Dothan, Alabama, where she has worked since 1992.
She currently serves as the News Director for WOOF-FM News, where she delivers live newscasts on weekdays and contributes to the station's morning show.
Pearson hosts the podcast "Sincere Voices of Victims," a platform dedicated to sharing the stories of survivors of crime and injustice.
In September 2024, she was named a "Champion of Change" by Comcast and WTVY, with both the city of Dothan and Houston County declaring September 12 as "Deborah Pearson Day" in her honor.
She has been honored with multiple ABBY Awards, including "Best Reporter" and "Best Regularly Scheduled Newscast" for medium markets in 2024.
She is recognized as one of the longest-serving women and a trailblazing Black broadcaster in the Wiregrass region.
She is a member of the Alabama Broadcasters Hall of Fame, a testament to her lasting impact on the industry.
Beyond her professional work, Pearson is deeply involved in her community, serving as the Women’s Ministry Facilitator at Dothan Community Church

Sports Commissioner - Desiree Powell
Desiree Monique Powell is the Executive Director of the Interscholastic Athletics, Student Activities, Health, and Physical Education Department for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.
After receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in becoming a Physical Education teacher, Ms. Powell immediately began her administrative career with the City
of Cleveland’s Recreation Department serving as the Assistant Director to Camp
Cleveland; a municipal camp, programmed for 12 months of the year to serve senior citizen and middle school programming with the addition of residential weekly summer camp experiences. During Ms. Powell’s tenure with the Cleveland Recreation Department, she opened the new Gunning Recreation Center on the west side of Cleveland to serve the residents and families of the west side of Cleveland. In 1999, Ms. Powell served as the Community Services Director for the Cleveland Heights-University Heights School District providing after-school programming for residents and non-residents in courses such as computer programming, foreign language, wood making, mystery shopping, and more.
Between 2003 and 2005 Ms. Powell became the female Athletic Director for Cleveland Heights High School. In 2006, Ms.Powell became the K8 physical education teacher for Joseph Landis School for CMSD. Two years later she was elevated to the K12 Health and Physical Education Program Manager role for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. In 2018, she formally became the first Executive Director (formally known as the Commissioner) of Athletics, Student Activities, Health, and Physical Education for the district.

Mayor Willie Mae Powell
Mayor Willie Mae Powell is the first African American to be elected mayor of Shorter, Alabama,
She was honored by the Tuskegee-Macon Branch of the NAACP for her dedication and legacy as Mayor of Shorter, Alabama and also as an educator in Macon County, Alabama.
Mayor Powell has been in office for more than three decades.
